Personally for me Martial Arts is more than just two bunches and few kicks, it's like a way of living and teaching myself how to discover my hidden inner physical power and skills.
Through martial arts one can gain will power, patience, self defense and maintain good health in his regular life.

I started learning Taekwondo when I was just 14 years old teenage boy, for me at that time martial arts were just few kicks and punches for fighting and self defense but after few months when I learned all the basic moves I started studying martial arts books, collected so many information about different styles and types of martial arts.

After a year I left Taekwondo and joined Kung Fu because from the beginning I was inspired by Grand Master Bruce Lee and I knew that he was doing Kung Fu not Taekwondo:) but now after years of training as an experienced martial artist and instructor I believe that all styles of martial arts are unique, although the moves might look different from another one but the concept of martial art will always remain the same.
